Wright Tree Service Announces New Division Managers
Wright Tree Service, an employee-owned company specializing in utility vegetation management, recently promoted two internal leaders to division manager positions in the United States.
Christopher Spicer will preside over operations in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. He started in the line clearance industry right after high school in 1998. Spicer joined WTS in 2017and has worked as a crew leader, forest tech, general foreperson, and project manager. He holds various International Society of Arboriculture certifications including Certified Arborist, Certified Arborist Utility Specialist, and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.
“Christopher has developed a high performing team that upholds our core values,” said Regional Manager Gavin Thompson. “He has earned great respect from our customers, and I am excited to see him excel in his new role.”
John Pentecost will oversee operations in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, and South Dakota. John has several years of experience in the utility vegetation management industry. He first joined WTS in 2006, and he was most recently serving as project manager. Pentecost is an ISA Certified Arborist and an ISA Certified Utility Specialist, and he has previously served on the Utility Arborist Association Safety Committee.
Regional Manager Shane Vosberg is excited for John to continue to develop and form new relationships in his region. “His continued dedication to our customers and company exemplifies the core values of WTS,” Vosberg said.
